About the Position
Grand Home Health Services is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide early intervention services for preschool-aged children with developmental delays affecting mobility, coordination, and physical development.
Physical Therapists support children in improving strength, balance, posture, mobility, and motor development in natural learning environments.
Position Responsibilities
• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide interventions addressing mobility, balance, posture, and strength
• Support development of gross motor skills
• Recommend adaptive equipment when appropriate
• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and families
• Document therapy sessions and progress monitoring
• Maintain documentation in approved systems such as Sprout
Minimum Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License
• Pediatric experience preferred
Required Pennsylvania Clearances
• Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (Act 34)
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 33)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• Act 168 Employment History Review
• TB screening if required
Required Training
• Act 126 Child Abuse Recognition Training
• Praesidium Abuse Prevention Training
• FERPA Confidentiality Training (annual)
• Elwyn Physical Safety Management Training
CompensationStarting pay is $65.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
