Our Services
GRAND Home Health Services provides two primary service areas designed to support individuals across different stages of life.
Home Care Services
Our Home Care services support seniors and adults who require assistance with daily living activities but wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Our trained caregivers provide personalized assistance that may include:
- Personal hygiene and grooming support
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation and nutrition support
• Light housekeeping and household tasks
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
These services allow individuals to maintain independence while receiving the support they need to live safely and comfortably at home.
Early Intervention Services
GRAND Home Health Services also provides developmental support services for young children through Early Intervention programs.
